（中央社洛杉磯28日綜合外電報導）美國加州1位法官今天裁定，儘管因種族歧視遭停權的美國職籃NBA洛杉磯快艇老闆史特林反對，快艇仍可以創紀錄的20億美元，賣給微軟公司前執行長巴爾默（Steve Ballmer）。

史特林（Steve Ballmer）不滿分居妻子謝利（Shelly）就快艇經營權與巴爾默達成協議，與妻對簿公堂3週。

洛杉磯高等法院法官李凡那斯（Michael Levanas）說，交易可立即執行，且就算史特林選擇上訴，仍可先行交易。

史特林可在15天內提出反對，並上訴。1030729
