為世足 三獅軍團3層衣操兵

〔自由時報記者林宗偉／綜合報導〕為提前適應巴西世界盃足球賽的濕熱天氣，英格蘭主帥霍奇森（Roy Hodgson）要求子弟兵穿上三層衣服練習，並聽從顧問建議在衣服夾層間裝上感應器測量出汗量，了解球員們在什麼情形下會流汗及恢復，進而提供不同的解決方案。

目前「三獅軍團」於葡萄牙南部的阿爾加維（Algarve）開訓，當地常颳強風且溫度多低於攝氏15度，然而英格蘭與義大利世足賽首戰的亞馬遜體育場，不僅高溫可達30度以上，且濕度超過80%。

霍奇森表示，他要求子弟兵在Ｔ恤外先加穿長袖練習衣，再披上一件不透氣的防水外套，盼大家體驗濕熱氣候下的狀況，「球員必須讓自己在不舒服的狀況感到舒服，而當他們脫下外套時會相當輕鬆，就顯示這個策略發揮作用了。」（http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/world-cup-2014/england-world-cup-squad-preparing-3583428）
